Jeremy C. Schwimmer,
Managing Partner

Sand Oak’s founder, Jeremy Schwimmer, brings seasoned senior leadership to all aspects of private equity investing at the firm. The firm’s management team has extensive experience in transaction sourcing and execution, corporate finance, accounting and has held senior operating roles at a variety of privately-held companies.

Sand Oak’s founder:

• Held senior leadership positions and Board of Director seats for a number of consumer product manufacturers, hospitality companies, and, recently, a rapidly growing chain of Fertility Clinics
• Started career at Oppenheimer and Co., Inc. where he held executive positions in the firm’s corporate finance group. Focused on restructuring transactions, mergers and acquisitions and a variety of capital market financings.
• Served as a founding member of the Innovation Business Development Advisory Council at United Technologies Corporation, a $60 billion publicly traded industrial company.
• Graduated from Georgetown University with honors, earning a BS with concentrations in Accounting and Finance
