Jeremy C. Schwimmer has extensive experience in private equity, corporate finance, accounting and has held senior operating positions at a variety of privately-held companies.

Mr. Schwimmer held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Thermold Corporation, a specialty plastics engineering firm and manufacturer. Mr. Schwimmer also served as Chief Financial Officer and sat on the Board of Directors of Roth Steel Corporation, a privately-held metal recycling business based in New York. At Roth Steel, Mr. Schwimmer orchestrated a substantial corporate turnaround, guiding the company to significant growth and profitability during his tenure. Sand Oak Capital Partners successfully exited both Thermold and Roth Steel investments. In addition, Mr. Schwimmer has held various senior leadership positions and Board of Director seats for a number of consumer product manufacturers, hospitality companies and, recently, a rapidly growing chain of Fertility Clinics.

Mr. Schwimmer began his career at Oppenheimer and Co., Inc. where he held executive positions in the firm’s corporate finance group. At Oppenheimer, Mr. Schwimmer focused on restructuring transactions, mergers and acquisitions and a variety of capital market financings. In addition, Mr. Schwimmer served as a founding member of the Innovation Business Development Advisory Council at United Technologies Corporation, a $60 billion publicly traded industrial company.

Mr. Schwimmer holds a BS with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University where he graduated with honors.
